أود إحاطة زوار وعملاء الموقع الكرام علمًا بالأسباب الحقيقية وراء هذا الإغلاق، وضمانًا لشفافية الموقف بعد أشهر من الصبر والتحمل المعنوي والبدني الشاق:
لقد وفيت بعهدي كاملاً تجاه هذا المشروع، وأنهيت المنظومة البرمجية بكل تفاصليها، ولم أكتفِ بذلك؛ بل قمت بإضافة وتعديل كل ما طلبوه مني أولاً بأول وحتى اليوم الأخير، بما في ذلك ميزات وإضافات لم تكن في الاتفاق الأصلي، ونفذتها دون طلب أي زيادة مالية تقديراً للعمل ولأبرئ ذمتي تماماً.
ولكن في المقابل، واجهت إدارة المشروع هذا التفاني بالمماطلة المستمرة، وإخلاف عشرات المواعيد الزائفة منذ شهر مارس (أكثر من 4 أشهر ونصف). وكنت ألتزم بالعمل بمعدل تجاوز 15 ساعة يومياً اي ما يعادل 9 اشهر من العمل اليومي وانا بانتظارهم ومتابعة طلباتهم على أمل أن يقوموا بالتجربة، ولكنهم كانوا يتجاهلونني لأكثر من شهر وهم يرددون عبارة "نجرب الآن" دون أي فعل حقيقي. لقد اتسم هذا التعامل بإهانة مروعة ومقصودة من نوع التجاهل المتعمّد؛ بتركي أنتظر ردهم على الرسائل ساعات طويلة جداً قد تصل إلى 15 ساعة كاملة دون أي رد، وهم على علم ويقين تام بأنني خلف الشاشة أنتظرهم لمتابعة تجاربهم والعمل على النظام، دون وجود أي مصدر دخل آخر، لينتهي الأمر بتجاهل الرد تماماً بعد حصولهم على مجهودي كاملاً دون أن يدفعوا لي أي مقابل يُذكر.
بناءً عليه، تم سحب وحذف ملفات النظام المشغلة وقاعدة البيانات بالكامل من السيرفر لحين دفع مستحقاتي وتعبي على مدار أكثر من 4 أشهر ونصف التي لم أتقاضَ منها أي شيء. وأقول لإدارة هذا المشروع كلمتي الأخيرة: إن لم آخذ حقي وعرقي وتعب هذه الأشهر في الدنيا، فبيني وبينكم وقوف بين يدي أحكم الحاكمين، وسآخذ حقي كاملاً غير منقوص يوم القيامة يوم تجتمع الخصوم.
I would like to inform the visitors, clients, and staff of the real reasons behind this sudden shutdown, ensuring full transparency after months of exhausting mental and physical endurance:
I have fully honored my commitment to this project, successfully completing the entire software system down to the smallest detail. Moreover, I implemented all extra requests and modifications until the very last day—including features not included in the original agreement—without demanding any additional fees, out of professional goodwill.
In return, however, the management responded to this dedication with continuous evasion, breaking dozens of false promises and deadlines since March (over 4.5 months). I committed to working over 15 hours every single day whcih mean 9 monthes of working day . i am waiting for them and following up on their requests, holding on to the hope that they would test the system, but they constantly ignored me for over a month, repeatedly saying "we will test it now" without ever doing so. This treatment was defined by a disrespectful and insulting form of deliberate silence; leaving me waiting for hours on end, sometimes up to 15 hours straight without a single reply, fully knowing that I was sitting at my desk waiting for them to proceed with the testing, with no other source of income, only to be met with total silence and ignored messages after delivering the project complete without receiving any payment at all.
Consequently, all operational source files and databases have been completely deleted from the server until I receive my full financial dues for over 4.5 months of hard work, during which I received absolutely no payment. To the management, I say: If I do not receive my rightful dues and the fruit of my hard work in this life, then between us stands the Almighty Judge. I will take my full, undiminished right on the Day of Judgment, the Day when all adversaries assemble before God.
